I. SUMMARY
The Ultramain Administrator is responsible for the smooth operation of the software and effective utilization by users.

II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Ultramain Administrator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
*Gaining expertise knowledge of software.
*Ensuring Ultramain software functionality and full utilization.
*Enforcing timely accomplishments of assigned tasks.
*Facilitating meetings with internal and external parties to report updates in status changes.
*Communicating with all levels of employees and internal customers.
*Training new users to high level of efficiency.
*Successful and timely use of Ultramain.
*Other duties as assigned to assist North American Airlines in achieving its operational goals and objectives.

III. QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential duties of this position. To be successful in this position, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A. Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree or a FAA A&P License required. One to two years related work experience and knowledge of concepts and procedures strongly preferred. Experience in Aviation computer software and hardware preferred. Experience in the airline industry is required.

B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
*The ability to think carefully and critically about Ultramain software while balancing the needs, goals, and vision of the company at large.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and receive positive results.
*Superior communication skills: must be comfortable engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills.
*Individuals in this capacity must be able to instruct others, imparting knowledge and abilities to develop others within their scope of instruction.
*Must be able to engage individuals using multiple learning styles in order to transmit information and develop the knowledge base of those whom they are instructing.
*Must have a strong command of English language including grammar, style, and punctuation for any written correspondence or communication.
*The ability to process information from a variety of sources and to articulate information in a meaningful way to ones co-workers or supervisors is critical to this position.
*Effectively motivating, developing, and directing trainees under the incumbents instruction so as to best achieve common organizational goals.
*Able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to day operations without interruption or distraction on software system.
*Ability to both give and receive directions and follow through with them to completion. In the event of unclear instruction, must have the ability to clearly ask for further information at their own discretion to gain clarity around tasks.
*Must be an individual who is able to build relationships between individuals and all levels of management.
*When necessary, the ability to understand and communicate within a technical or specialized subject-matter, particularly as it pertains to aviation and the aviation industry.

C. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Bachelors degree or FAA A&P license required.

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS

A. Travel Requirements
No travel is required for this job.

B. Physical Demands
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

C. Work Environment
