I. SUMMARY
The Project Manager- UltraMain is responsible for managing the project software.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Project Manager, you will ensure the following duties:
- Gain expertise knowledge of software.
- Ensure UltraMain software functionality and full utilization.
- Maintain & track all actions in project software.
- Enforce timely accomplishments of assigned tasks.
- Facilitate meetings with internal and external parties to report updates in status changes.
- Communicate with all levels of employees and internal customers.
- Train new users to high level of efficiency.
- Successful and timely implementation of UltraMain.
- Other duties as assigned to assist North American Airlines in achieving its operational goals and objectives.

A. Education and/or Experience
The ideal candidate will possess Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and one to two years related work experience and knowledge of concepts and procedures. Experience in Aviation Computer software and hardware preferred. Experience in the airline industry is required.
B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- The ability to Think Carefully and Critically about UltraMain software while balancing the needs, goals, and vision of the company at large.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and receive positive results
- Managing, Motivating, Developing, and Directing people in their work so as to best achieve common organizational goals. At this level, developing users becomes increasingly important, given the consideration given to succession planning and sustaining and implementing the NAA standards of quality in operations.
- Superior Communication Skills; Must be comfortable engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills.
- Able to Identify Problems, their Sources, and their Potential Solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to day operations without interruption or distraction on software system.
- Ability to both Give and Receive directions and follow through with them to completion.
- Must be an individual who is able to Build Relationships between individuals and all levels of management.
- When necessary, the ability to Understand and Communicate within a technical or specialized subject-matter, particularly as it pertains to aviation and the aviation industry.
